Shipping policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: This shipping policy applies only to subscribers who receive physical product boxes (The Brotherhood Box and Box + Coaching plans). Coaching Only subscribers do not receive physical shipments.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Territory
We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states). We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes.
  • APO/FPO addresses.
  • International locations.
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

Shipping Schedule

  • Subscription boxes are shipped quarterly (once every 3 months) on or around your subscription renewal date.
  • Only "The Brotherhood Box" and "Box + Coaching" subscribers receive physical shipments.
  • "Coaching Only" subscribers do NOT receive physical boxes.
  • The first box for new subscribers will ship in January 2026.
  • Pre-orders placed before January 2026 will ship with the January 2026 launch

Shipping Carrier
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) through Pirate Ship.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is included in your subscription price for all addresses within the continental United States (lower 48 states).

For Alaska and Hawaii:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • You will be notified of any additional costs before your order is processed

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of your quarterly subscription renewal date (applies to The Brotherhood Box and Box + Coaching subscribers only).

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • 3-7 business days for continental U.S. addresses.
  • 7-14 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.

Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Tracking Information
Once your box ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email.
  • A tracking number.
  • A link to track your package through USPS.

You can also view your tracking information by logging into your account on our website.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.
  2. Look around your delivery location for safe placement.
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely)
  4. Contact us at shipping@thebrotherhoodbox.com if you still cannot locate your package

We will investigate with the carrier and file a claim if necessary. Once the claim is approved, we will send a replacement box.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged box and its contents.
  2. Contact us immediately at contact@thebrotherhoodbox.com.
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message.

We will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement box or replacement items.

Stolen Packages
If you believe your package was stolen:

  1. File a police report if desired.
  2. Contact us at shipping@thebrotherhoodbox.com with your order number.
  3. We will investigate and file a claim with the carrier if appropriate

Once the carrier claim is processed, we will send a replacement box.

Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows your package is delayed or stuck in transit:

  1. Wait 2-3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date (delays are common).
  2. Contact us at shipping@thebrotherhoodbox.com if the delay extends beyond 3 days.

We will contact the carrier to investigate and provide updates.

ADDRESS ISSUES

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by you.

If you provide an incorrect address:

  • The package may be returned to us (you will not be charged again for reshipping).
  • The package may be lost (we cannot guarantee replacement).
  • The package may be delivered to the wrong location (we are not responsible).

Changing Your Address
To update your shipping address:

  1. Log into your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to "Account Settings" or "Shipping Address".
  3. Update your address before your next quarterly renewal date.

Please update your address at least 5 days before your next quarterly billing date to ensure your box ships to the correct location.

DELIVERY PREFERENCES

Safe Place Delivery
USPS will attempt to deliver your package to your address. If no one is available to receive the package:

  • The carrier may leave it in a safe location.
  • The carrier may leave a notice for pickup at your local post office.
  • The carrier may attempt redelivery

We cannot control where the carrier leaves packages. If you have specific delivery instructions, you may be able to set them up directly with USPS through their website.

Signature Required
Our shipments do not require a signature for delivery. If you would like to require a signature, please contact us at shipping@thebrotherhoodbox.com and we will note this preference for your account (additional fees may apply).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping. Our services are only available to addresses within the United States.

HOLIDAYS AND WEATHER DELAYS

Shipping and delivery may be affected by:

  • Federal holidays (USPS closed).
  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Carrier volume during peak seasons (holidays)

We will do our best to communicate any known delays, but we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as "unclaimed" or "refused":

  • We will contact you to confirm your address.
  • You will need to pay for reshipping if you want the package sent again.
  • If you do not respond within 14 days, the package will be considered forfeited.
