Most men know what they need to do. The gap isn't knowledge, it's accountability, support, and guidance from someone who actually gets it.
Brotherhood + Coaching pairs quarterly premium products with real human support from men who've navigated the same challenges you face: high-pressure careers, family responsibilities, personal growth, and finding balance without losing yourself.
COACHING SESSION
You'll receive a link to create your Simple Practice account. From there, you can schedule your monthly 1:1 Peer Coaching Sessions, either one 40-minute session or two 20-minute sessions with mentors who are here to support you
GROUP SESSIONS
After your initial 1:1 Peer Coaching session, please speak with your coach about joining the group sessions. These video sessions last about an hour and bring together small groups of 8–10 men to focus on goals, challenges, and personal progress.

The truth is, there isn't enough meaningful support available for men. We're expected to have it all figured out - career, family, health, purpose but we're often navigating it alone.
My wife saw this struggle in me. As someone currently training to become a licensed mental health nurse practitioner, she understood what I needed wasn't just to "push through" or "man up", it was real support, accountability, and connection. She became that support system for me, and it changed everything.

When does the first box ship?
January 2026. Pre-orders are open now. Boxes ship by the 10th of each month, and you'll receive tracking information via email once your box is on its way.
What's in the "Emerge" box?
Custom branded journal for goal-setting, wellness supplements and self-care items. Each month's box aligns with the current quarterly stage.
How do I schedule my coaching sessions?
After subscribing to a coaching tier, you'll receive a personalized scheduling link from your assigned coach within 24-48 hours. This link allows you to book your monthly 30-minute session at a time that works for you. Group sessions are scheduled at set times throughout the month—you'll receive the calendar and can choose which sessions to attend.
I subscribed to coaching but haven't received my scheduling link yet. What should I do?
Scheduling links are sent manually by our coaching team within 24-48 hours of your subscription. If you haven't received your link after this time, please check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, contact us at thebrotherhoodbox@gmail.com and one of our coaches will send your personalized scheduling link directly.
Can I pause or skip a quarter?
Yes. You can pause your subscription or skip individual quarters through your account dashboard. Paused subscriptions can be reactivated at any time. Please note that coaching sessions must be scheduled and cannot be carried over to future months.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on your first box. If you're not satisfied with your first delivery, contact us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. After the first quarter, all sales are final, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
